CONSULTATION & EVALUATION

  • An Account Manager shall assist and gather customer’s general information.
  • Discuss customer’s budget, site details, timeline, and overall project requirements.
  • We will walk through product catalogs with the customer and address other questions
  • Evaluation – Once all essential details are obtained, our Project Manager shall review the general scope of work.

DESIGN

  • Concept Design – Based on site specifications, architectural, and overall design direction, our Design Team will create a concept drawing that shows the layout, circulation, products, and ideas of our Chief Designer
  • 3D Schematic Design -Once the concept design is approved, our designer will create 3D drawings that show full details of the products and circulation, in compliance with international safety and quality standards (ASTM & EN).

 

DESIGN
QUOTATION

QUOTATION

Once initial design is approved, we will calculate the estimated Project Quotation and a Project Manager will present the design proposal along with an explanation of the pricing, installation costs, shipping, payment terms and estimated project timeline.

ENGINEERING

Our engineers will transform the design into CAD drawings that contain all the engineering specifications in compliance with international safety and quality standards and ensure that the entire project aligns with our standard factory protocol in preparation for smooth production and adherence to all applicable regulations of the industry.

Note: Customer must inform Funlandia about their city’s building code and other rules ahead of time

PRODUCTION

  • A dedicated Project Management Team shall oversee the entire production process
  • Our professional workers shall manufacture the products from our own facilities.
  • We thoroughly test raw materials and pre-assemble finished products in our factory to ensure premium quality and smooth installation.

SHIPPING

  • We handle the shipping process and provide our customers with delivery options such as: Factory-to-Port or Door-to-Door.
  • We also assist in the necessary paperwork for customs clearance.

INSTALLATION

  • We deploy our technicians to handle installations worldwide, which will be closely monitored by our Project Management Team.
  • Unlike most other suppliers, we deploy our own experienced Funlandia in-house installers to install our projects, who follow our high standards and are subject to strict management.
  • The customer is responsible for covering the installer’s travel, food, and lodging expenses.

MAINTENANCE

  • After the installation is completed, our team will conduct an inspection
  • We provide training for the customer’s staff on maintenance and emergency repairs, if necessary.
  • We have reliable After-Sales team that are always available to assist with any replacement issues and warranty concerns.
