December 3–4, 2025 — Funlandia successfully concluded its final New Employee Training Program of the year. Over the course of two productive days, participants engaged in a comprehensive journey combining knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience—including on-site project visits and modern factory tours—allowing new team members to gain an in-depth understanding of Funlandia’s products, manufacturing processes, and the professional values that create trust.
At the start of the program, new employees followed Funlandia’s rigorous training standards, combining self-paced learning with interactive classroom sessions. This allowed them to systematically learn about the company’s history, core product structures, performance features, and industry service philosophy—providing a solid foundation for subsequent field activities and business practice.
Equipped with a baseline understanding, the training group proceeded to Funlandia’s project sites for in-person observation and participation.
Guided by experienced trainers, they learned about the design concepts and intended applications of various amusement products, while operating and experiencing the equipment themselves.
By interacting directly with the products—assessing the engineering design, materials, and safety features—new employees gained a deeper appreciation of the technical highlights and user value behind each Funlandia solution. This practical insight will strengthen their capability in future customer support and business development.
