Theme and color: making a play space feel like one place

A recognizable indoor park does not need a different idea in every corner. A clear theme, a coordinated palette and carefully chosen details can connect varied attractions into a coherent experience.

SO REAL PARK · Spain · coordinated color and spatial design

Decide what should hold the space together

A story-led environment and a clean, color-led environment can both work. The choice depends on the audience, the attraction mix and the character you want the park to express. Choose a clear direction before adding individual decorative features.

Customers should be able to understand the place as a whole. A new attraction can have its own identity without looking as though it belongs to another park.

Wacky Kingdom: a story that becomes play

Wacky Kingdom in the UK uses Viking-adventure, voyage and exploration references within a multi-level indoor playground. Towers, slides and routes are part of the theme, helping the story live in the equipment and movement rather than only on a wall.

SO REAL: coherence without a heavy story

SO REAL in Spain takes a different route. Clean forms and a unified color system connect Rope Course, slides, Indoor Playground and active-play areas. The example shows that visual identity can be strong without detailed narrative decoration.

Start from a mature design direction

Our curated theme collection and coordinated color combinations provide a practical foundation. They help connect design decisions to equipment forms, materials and manufacturing, instead of requiring every detail to be invented independently.

The selected direction still needs to be adapted to your site. Review how it works in a floor plan and project-specific visual proposal before moving into production.

Make the journey from concept to built space visible

Review the theme concept, the proposal adapted to your venue and genuine completed-project references as distinct stages. Renderings help explain intent; photographs help explain what has actually been delivered. They should not be confused or presented as an unverified before-and-after pair.

When choosing a supplier, ask how the visual direction connects to engineering, materials and installation. A convincing image is only the beginning of a delivered park.

Bring a few clear preferences

Choose one or two directions you like and tell us why. Share your floor plan, audience and brand guidance. A focused starting point makes it easier to create a coherent proposal.
