Opened in 2023, this enchanting three-dimensional park has quickly become a beloved destination for children and families, showcasing the exceptional design and manufacturing capabilities of Funlandia. Al Hokair continues to collaborate with us to create more groundbreaking indoor parks that consistently raise the play experience in their region.
Inspiration and Design
The design process began by extracting the most iconic elements from the My Little Pony series, including its vivid colors, whimsical characters, and distinctive architectural features. These elements were simplified, innovated upon, and integrated into a cohesive design plan.
Using advanced 3D craftsmanship, our Design Team brought the concept to life, transforming it from a mere idea into a tagible, enchanting reality.
Designers start with the concept, extract the most representative animation, decoration, and architectural elements from the IP, further simplify and innovate them, and then combine them with reality to form a complete design plan. Through the use of three-dimensional craftsmanship, the project truly realizes the process of creation from nothing.
The entire park has three different themed areas, namely the Queen’s Castle, Rainbow Town, and Magic Forest, each with its own unique style, fully replicating some representative animated elements, lively and interesting.
The Queen’s Castle is a castle in the sky with decorative arts style. The sky slide makes people feel like they are in a fairyland, and the blue transparent glass fully reproduces the details of the sky castle. Children can experience the castle’s battlements, magic tower, and secret passages,
Rainbow Town is a friendly seaside town with colorful houses and a European ambiance. We have also applied building elements, including roofs, windows, door frames, and colorful exteriors, along with a large carousel full of fun, deeply restoring the lively and colorful face of a town.
The Magic Forest is the home of magical unicorns living in tree-carved houses. It has a very unique rich color, with a hint of autumn feel but a brighter and more cheerful atmosphere. The upper colored leaves and twisted trunks are set against a colorful climbing tower with colored glass inserts. The highly restored scenes combined with rich amusement equipment make the entire scene look very harmonious, allowing children to immerse themselves in a magical world full of magic.
The visual design of the My Little Pony theme park is a harmonious blend of pastel colors, soft contour lines, and intricate architectural details. By incorporating classic scenes and characters from the My Little Pony animation into the play equipment, we created a magical kingdom where children feel as though they have stepped into a real-life fairy-tale world. Each piece of equipment serves as both a play tool and a storytelling element, allowing children to immerse themselves in the animated universe.
We have extensive experience working in Saudi Arabia, so we understand the high standards that partners like Al Hokair Group expect. We focus on design and safety in everything we make, meeting the highest international standards such as ASTM and EN. Using advanced techniques like foam sculpture and constant modifications and experiments, we have produced final three-dimensional themed decorations, making our equipment not only beautiful and practical but also environmentally friendly and safe.
